Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies, attending training sessions and webinars to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is highly desirable.
