You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. With a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, you will be expected to: * Plan and execute data projects from initial concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results * Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key trends and insights to inform business decisions * Develop and maintain advanced data models, using techniques such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization * Communicate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams * Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and implement data architectures and systems * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute data projects, including data collection, processing, and analysis * Develop and maintain advanced data models, using techniques such as machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization * Analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying key trends and insights to inform business decisions * Communicate findings and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams * Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and implement data architectures and systems * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and business intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement * Mentor and guide less experienced team members, providing guidance and support as needed * Present to senior leadership and other stakeholders, communicating complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering * Five (5) years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, with a strong focus on data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis * Proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAFE Spry, Alteryx, Python, R, or other data science and business intelligence tools * Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with data engineering and architecture, including data warehousing and ETL processes * Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques, including neural networks and natural language processing * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles, with the ability to design and implement data quality controls and processes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and
