Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled e-Service Chat Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Associate, you will represent our business unit to customers and business partners, providing exceptional service experiences and maintaining professional relationships. Key Responsibilities

As an e-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring clarity and understanding
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks to meet performance goals and objectives
  • Utilizing computer literacy skills to navigate our systems and provide seamless support to customers and partners
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer service issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) as a minimum educational requirement
  • At least 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field, although more experience is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
