Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although equivalent experience in a related field may be considered
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong oral and written communication skills
