We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and written letters. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that our customers receive the most up-to-date and accurate information available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and written letters
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Provide feedback and input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training to continuously improve our customer service operations
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our programs, procedures, and policies to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries
- Track and document all customer interactions using our CRM and applicable systems
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate designated group for resolution
- Continuously look for and suggest process improvements to benefit arenaflex, our customers, and the public
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Excellent communication, listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience working with a PC, MS Word, and Outlook required
- Must be able to work from home and comply with remote working policies and requirements
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and alternate schedules as needed
