Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring a high level of trust and loyalty
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools to ensure a seamless experience
  • Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas, to contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with established procedures
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service delivery
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, exceed their expectations, and deliver exceptional experiences that drive loyalty and retention

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. These include:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters, personalities, and situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
