You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. **Expected Hours and Work Environment** The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 9am - 5pm EST. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.
