This is a contract-to-full-time role for someone working from home in the Greater Houston area...preferably in the North/Nortwest Houston area near Magnolia.
I am looking for a junior developer in the North Houston/Magnolia area who's genuinely excited about AI and we can collaborate in person from time to time. Not a traditional dev role - more of an exploration partner to test and implement tools like OpenClaw, Claude, ChatGPT agents, and open source AI platforms. If you're already thinking with this stuff on your own, let's talk! Get paid for your curiosity and side projects and make an impact on a 22 year old established FinTech leader.
I’m looking for a junior developer who:
• Is genuinely excited about AI (not just listing it on a resume)
• Has basic coding skills — Python, APIs, web dev
• Is already tinkering with AI tools on their own time
• Lives in or near North Houston (Magnolia, Tomball, Spring, Conroe, The Woodlands)
• Wants to learn fast by doing, not just watching tutorials
