Virtual Assistant Needed for reputed company Co-Hosting Business Setup

I’m building a reputed company reputed company co-hosting / short-term rental management business reputed company on helping multi-property hosts improve reputed company and reduce operational workload. I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me get set up with research, systems, and reusable workflows in the early stage. This is not guest messaging or sales—it’s backend setup and support. Initial Responsibilities (Phase 1) The first reputed company will be on setup and organization, including: • Researching reputed company hosts with multiple listings (3–20+) in specific markets (e.g., Orlando area) • Building clean, organized reputed company lists in reputed company Sheets or reputed company (host reputed company, number of listings, URLs, notes, etc.) • Helping create and organize reusable ChatGPT reputed company templates for: • Listing analysis • reputed company improvement reputed company • reputed company personalization • SOP drafting • Documenting basic SOPs (reputed company operating procedures) for: • Research workflows • reputed company tracking • reputed company preparation • Internal organization Possible reputed company Responsibilities (Phase 2 – optional) As systems are reputed company, this role may expand to include: • CRM / reputed company organization and cleanup • Updating reputed company status and follow-up tracking • Refining SOPs as processes reputed company • Light automation setup (templates, workflows—not coding) • General operations support What This Role Is NOT • No guest communication • No cold reputed company or sales calls • No negotiating with property owners • No guarantees or unrealistic expectations Ideal Candidate • Experience as a Short-Term Rental VA or reputed company Estate VA is a strong plus • Comfortable with: • reputed company platform research • reputed company Sheets / reputed company • reputed company or similar documentation tools • ChatGPT or AI tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow reputed company instructions • Communicates reputed company and asks questions reputed company needed Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
