Virtual Assistant Needed for Airbnb Co-Hosting Business Setup
I’m building a professional Airbnb co-hosting / short-term rental management business focused on helping multi-property hosts improve revenue and reduce operational workload.
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help me get set up with research, systems, and reusable workflows in the early stage. This is not guest messaging or sales—it’s backend setup and support.
Initial Responsibilities (Phase 1)
The first focus will be on setup and organization, including:
• Researching Airbnb hosts with multiple listings (3–20+) in specific markets (e.g., Orlando area)
• Building clean, organized lead lists in Google Sheets or Airtable
(host name, number of listings, URLs, notes, etc.)
• Helping create and organize reusable ChatGPT prompt templates for:
• Listing analysis
• Revenue improvement ideas
• Outreach personalization
• SOP drafting
• Documenting basic SOPs (standard operating procedures) for:
• Research workflows
• Lead tracking
• Outreach preparation
• Internal organization
Possible Future Responsibilities (Phase 2 – optional)
As systems are built, this role may expand to include:
• CRM / Airtable organization and cleanup
• Updating lead status and follow-up tracking
• Refining SOPs as processes evolve
• Light automation setup (templates, workflows—not coding)
• General operations support
What This Role Is NOT
• No guest communication
• No cold outreach or sales calls
• No negotiating with property owners
• No guarantees or unrealistic expectations
Ideal Candidate
• Experience as a Short-Term Rental VA or Real Estate VA is a strong plus
• Comfortable with:
• Airbnb platform research
• Google Sheets / Airtable
• Notion or similar documentation tools
• ChatGPT or AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions
• Communicates clearly and asks questions when needed
