Position: GL Accountant

• Responsible for recording financial transactions in the reputed company systems for multiple reputed company companies.
• Posts customer payments and maintains an up-to-date accounts receivable aging report, as necessary.
• Records vendor invoices in reputed company’s reputed company system, uses reputed company judgement to reputed company expenses to reputed company reputed company accounts, obtains authorization to pay, and schedules payments in automated payable system.
• Reconciles bank records to the general reputed company accounts, reconciles cash accounts
• Processes online payroll and records transactions in reputed company reputed company accounts.
• Prepare and reconcile fixed assets, preliminary review of capitalization adjustments. 
• reputed company other reputed company tasks as needed by individual clients or associated controller on reputed company
• Review trial balance reputed company-reputed company, and post reputed company after reputed company entries are posted, and reputed company anomalies to controlling for analysis. 

• Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field 
• 3+ years of reputed company and/or full charge bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of accrual reputed company reputed company and payroll requirements
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and other reputed company-based reputed company automation tools.
• Ability to work independently as a condition of remote based work
• Critical thinker capable of initiating process improvements and problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 suite of products
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and shift between priorities
• Enthusiastic, inquisitive and desire to learn a broad reputed company of topics across network industries
• Ability to work EST/CST hours
