The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and moderating user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies. Daily tasks include analyzing online content, maintaining platform compliance, providing customer support, and escalating critical issues when required. The individual will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming space for all platform users.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret user-generated content for compliance with platform guidelines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in at least two languages</li><li>Proficiency in customer service and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner</li><li>Experience in technical support or familiarity with technical tools and systems</li><li>Ability to conduct training sessions or mentor team members when required</li><li>Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred</li></ul>
