Bankruptcy Attorney (Chapter 11) | Fully Remote

Location: New Jersey (Fully Remote) Practice Area: Bankruptcy & Restructuring Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with a strong focus on Chapter 11 matters to join its growing practice. This is a fully remote position, open to attorneys licensed in New York, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated restructuring matters while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. Responsibilities • Handle complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy and restructuring matters from inception through resolution • Represent debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings • Draft and review pleadings, motions, plans of reorganization, disclosure statements, and related filings • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on restructuring, insolvency, and related financial issues Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active New York bar admission • 3+ years of bankruptcy experience, with significant exposure to Chapter 11 cases Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually.
