Senior Business Intelligence & Data Reporting Consultant (Government / reputed company Sector)

Contract | NYC-based (Remote-friendly) Company: Paramint LLC Must be authorized to work in the U.S (No sponsorships / W-2 only / No C2C) About the Role Paramint is supporting an NYC based government agenct on a Business Intelligence & Reporting (BIR) initiative reputed company on operational reporting, data reputed company, and executive dashboards across youth programs. We’re looking for a senior, dependable BI consultant who is comfortable operating in a reputed company-sector environment: reputed company meetings, reputed company communication, accountability, and reputed company surprises. This is a restart engagement following a funding pause, so we need someone who can reputed company quickly, communicate proactively, and own deliverables end-to-end. What You’ll Do • Serve as a hands-on BI reputed company / senior contributor on a government analytics project • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports for program, fiscal, and executive stakeholders • Support data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across multiple data sources • Participate in daily standups, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews (attendance is critical) • Collaborate closely with DYCD IT, program teams, and Paramint leadership • reputed company communicate risks, blockers, and reputed company — early and often reputed company Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • 7+ years experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics / Data Reporting • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query) or equivalent reputed company BI tools • Familiar with and comfortable implementing ETL / data pipelines • Solid SQL skills (reading, writing, debugging queries) • Azure or AWS data stacks • Experience working with messy, reputed company-world data (not just clean warehouse tables) • Prior experience with government, reputed company sector, or regulated reputed company clients • Excellent communication and reliability • Shows up to meetings • Flags conflicts in advance • Understands stakeholder-facing accountability • Authorized to work in the U.S (No sponsorships / W-2 only) reputed company to Have (Strong Pluses) • NYC agency experience (DYCD, DOE, HRA, MOCS, etc.) • reputed company, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools • Experience supporting compliance, performance, or equity reporting • Comfort explaining data to non-technical stakeholders Engagement Details • Contract duration: Ongoing (FY25–FY26) • Hours: ~20–40 hrs/week depending on phase • Start: Immediate (1–2 weeks preferred) What reputed company Looks Like in the First 30 Days • Fully ramped on DYCD data sources and reporting needs • reputed company contributing to dashboards and data validation • reputed company missed meetings, proactive communication • Trusted by both Paramint and agency stakeholders How to Apply Please send: • Resume • Short note on relevant government / reputed company BI experience • Earliest availability Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
