Strategy & Operations, Office of CCO
About the position
As a member of the Strategy & Operations team in the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will serve as a critical driver of high-priority strategic initiatives across GTM and Product and You'll step in to keep our most important cross-functional projects on track, ensuring accountability, removing blockers, and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines. You'll also serve as connective tissue across the GTM organization and the broader company-ensuring alignment between commercial leadership, the Office of the CEO, and key partners in Product, Finance, and Research.
You'll work closely with executive leadership and the broader commercial organization, bringing structure to ambiguity while maintaining the flexibility to own and drive time-sensitive initiatives. This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between longer-term strategic work and urgent operational needs. A consulting background is ideal preparation for the pace and variety this role demands.
Responsibilities
• Drive accountability on priority GTM initiatives, proactively removing blockers and escalating issues to keep work on track
• Own stakeholder management for cross-functional projects, ensuring the right people are connected at the right time
• Lean into deliverable creation where needed-whether that means building the analysis, drafting the deck, or synthesizing inputs across teams for strategic decision making
• Plan and prepare content for our leadership team that prioritizes critical topics for the company, including for weekly staff touch-points, cross-functional executive meetings, and leadership off-sites
• Serve as a bridge and partner between GTM and our other major organizations including Product, Finance, and Research
• Plug into time-sensitive initiatives, being ready to own or catalyze work streams for one- to two-week periods as strategic priorities emerge
• Close out daily fires and executive requests with speed, precision, and a stellar bar for quality
Requirements
• Have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytically rigorous environment partnering with executives
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and comfort with structured frameworks
• Are skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling materials for executive audiences
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple work streams simultaneously-including rapid-turnaround requests
• Have a bias toward action, meticulous attention to detail, and the judgment to know when to escalate
• Are comfortable operating with significant autonomy and shifting priorities on short notice
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software industries
• Exposure to go-to-market strategy, customer success, or sales operations
• Familiarity with the AI industry and understanding of enterprise technology adoption
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders or working in a chief of staff capacity
• A track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion in high-growth environments
