Job Overview

We are looking for a talented customer support representative to join our global customer support team in the USA to guide our members and provide exceptional support. The customer support team specializes in assisting members with their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for driving projects to improve the performance and effectiveness of support content, working closely with cross-functional partners, and efficiently meeting deadlines to assist in making the arenaflex experience even better for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex members via phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products, services, and features
  • Identify and escalate issues that require additional support or attention
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of support content, such as FAQs, user guides, and other resources
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
  • Customer support and/or editorial experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification a plus
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
