Job Overview

In this role, you will be the voice of our automotive dealer clients, engaging in online conversations with customers, and representing our brand favorably. Your primary goal will be to turn these conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our clients' products and services
  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients in a professional and favorable manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Utilize your gaming experience and technical skills to navigate our chat platform and provide efficient support to customers
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and response times
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of our chat operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reside within the state listed on the position posting
  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Ensure your computer meets the minimum technical specifications, including 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
  • Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, as it can be an asset in this role
