Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, live chat, and email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and sales goals

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Starting wage of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
