**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask to provide top-notch customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints.
**Requirements**
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
