As a remote Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner * Focusing on customer retention and building strong relationships with our customers * Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services * Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management as needed * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required * Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken * Other duties as assigned by management **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual a plus (but not required) * Some sales and customer service experience * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Some experience with MS Excel is a plus * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations **Benefits Program** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available * Vacation and sick time * 401K benefits **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
