**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Utilize Guesty and/or HostAI to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
* Develop and maintain deep familiarity with ChatGPT to drive guest engagement and satisfaction
* Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and vendors via phone and VoiP
* Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
* Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
* Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional service and attention to detail
* Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
**Company Tasks:**
* Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
* Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with deep familiarity with ChatGPT
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and operations
* Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
* Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
* Ability to work in a part-time, temporary capacity, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule
