**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing every customer with the best possible service experience, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
* Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
* Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
* Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
* May assume other duties as assigned
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Education**: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* **Experience**: 1+ years of experience preferred
* **Computer literacy**: Proficient in using computers and software applications
* **Problem-solving and decision-making**: Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions
* **Attention to detail**: Ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy
* **Multi-tasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
* **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
* **Customer service experience and/or training**: Preferred but not required
**Essential Functions**
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
