**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Dispatch and Delivery Coordination for Ready Mix Concrete Operations**

**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York State. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching deliveries, and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Schedule and dispatch deliveries as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and meet operational deadlines
* Work closely with dispatch and customer service to coordinate delivery schedules, plant inventories, and customer material delivery
* Conduct daily inspections of the plant and complete maintenance and record keeping to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Participate in weekly safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) to promote a culture of safety and well-being
* Call customers in advance of late deliveries or delays in service to maintain open communication and ensure customer satisfaction
* Proactively reach out to customers on new secured projects to build relationships and drive business growth
* Perform duties safely, adhering to arenaflex's safety policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve issues, gather and analyze information, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a related field (management experience preferred but not required)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasked with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well in a group problem-solving environment and meet deadlines
* Basic math skills and ability to accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load trucks
* Plant Automation- Command alkon knowledge is preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Management experience in a customer-facing role
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance procedures
* Experience with plant automation systems and software
