**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)**

You'll be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers, identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner * Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information * Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy * Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers * Collaborate with the team to resolve any data entry-related issues * Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry * Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents * Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors * Proficient with AS400 * Accurate typing and spelling skills * Detail-oriented and self-motivated * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a similar role in the transportation industry * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) * Familiarity with data entry software and tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a member of the arenaflex team, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and training * Mentorship and coaching from experienced team members * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for advancement and career growth **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we value a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
