As an Information Investigator II, you'll be responsible for executing, streamlining, and normalizing arenaflex's expense and asset distribution models. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues * Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Information Draftsmen and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans * Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering) * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical fitness, unwavering discernment and conveying, and extraordinary direction * Successful collaboration and time usage abilities * You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan * You have astounding composed and oral relational abilities * A showed capacity to work with designing conveyance groups to examine specialized ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts * Experience with agile project management methodologies * Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related fields **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
