The Customer Service Representative I - Summer Employment is a full-time temporary position with arenaflex, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines, and providing consistent high-quality service to customers. You will also be expected to respond to customer questions, utilize software, scripts, and tools appropriately, and document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in high volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists.
- Adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Provide consistent high-quality service to customers.
- Responds to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Utilizes software, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Appropriately documents all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
- Employs empathic support to customers.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Four to six months of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Preferred Experience: Work in a college financial aid office or work on a college administrative office.
