**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals
* Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
* Excellent communication skills
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Remote work requirements:
+ Dedicated work-from-home space
+ Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
+ Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
**Technical Requirements:**
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
* No satellite internet
* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port

**Pay Range:**
$15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.
**Benefits:**
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:

**Shift and Schedule:**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST).
