As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and patients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary reputed company will be on data entry, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer inquiries, working under reputed company supervision. As a Full Stack reputed company Center Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering reputed company orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
- Resolving Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

- Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.

Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online).
- Essential web browsing skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct field, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
