Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment. You will obtain information regarding the type of service required, provide basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits, and perform geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers. As a key member of our team, you will communicate with contractors to provide information regarding member location, vehicle, type of problem, and obtain estimated time of arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
- Obtain information regarding the type of service required and provide basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits
- Perform geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers
- Communicate with contractors to provide information regarding member location, vehicle, type of problem, and obtain estimated time of arrival
- Enter data into the database and document all relevant details
- Notify members of estimated time of arrival and name of contractor
- Recognize, promote, and process membership sales opportunities
- Verify completed status of call and close out on system
What We Offer
At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive training program to prepare them for success. Our full-time paid training program will begin on Thursday, March 20th, 2025, and will include virtual training sessions from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST/9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST. After completing the training program, you will have the opportunity to work part-time afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with voluntary overtime opportunities available.
Benefits and Compensation
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will earn $19.00 per hour, with shift premiums for evening periods and weekends. You will also be eligible for performance-based incentives, a $250 Perfect Attendance bonus after 90 days of incident-free attendance, and a subsidy for bilingual skills (Must be fluent in Spanish and English). Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months of customer service experience. You should be able to provide customers with service in a professional manner, de-escalate situations, and accurately input information into various fields using a PC keyboard. You should also be able to navigate through a PC and/or automated processing system, read and comprehend various customer care service tools, and perform mathematical calculations.
