**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension depending on our client's future needs. As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll work closely with our Customer Service department to provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and process reports. **Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks, including data entry, order tracking, and report processing
* Fielding customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
* Managing customer communications, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database, ensuring data integrity and security

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
