**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support and Customer Experience**

We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our policies.

**Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
* Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
* Maintaining regular and timely attendance
* Making decisions, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
* Managing individual stress and composure
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma
* A designated space and internet capability to work from home
* The ability to pass a background check
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
* At least 2 years of customer service experience
