Your primary responsibilities will include: * Entering BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner * Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information * Ensuring high production levels while maintaining accuracy * Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers * Collaborating with the data entry team to achieve shared goals and objectives **Key Responsibilities** * Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner * Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information * Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy * Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers * Collaborate with the data entry team to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry * Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents * Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors * Proficient with AS400 * Accurate typing and spelling skills * Detail-oriented and self-motivated * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a transportation or logistics environment * Familiarity with AS400 and other data entry software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Culture** As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
