As a Senior Manager Self Service Engineering, you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about technology and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and mentor a team of Lead and Senior designers focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products * Drive the development of innovative solutions, including web and cloud applications, to meet customer needs * Ensure the delivery of high-quality products, on time and within budget * Establish and maintain a workplace culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning * Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity * Collaborate with other Senior Managers to ensure alignment and drive efficiencies * Play a critical role in driving and training direct team members and indirect crew members to support the commitment, growth, and development of the IT division **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience * Active involvement in Java, AngularJS, and NodeJS * Working knowledge of distributed computing: Sky blue, GCP, or AWS * Ability to travel up to 35% for the time being * Valid travel documents with the ability to travel throughout the US * Ability to work flexible hours and be available for crisis response without prior notice * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug assessment * Legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located * Approval to work in the US is required;
