About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our team in the LATAM region. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via chats and tickets. Your mission will be to assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and optimize the use of our clients' products or services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solving problems quickly and efficiently
  • Navigate complexities and speak up to share valuable insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and surpass expectations
  • Adapt to change, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-volume customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Fluency in English writing and speaking, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with company escalation policies and procedures
  • Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements, as well as a high-speed and stable internet connection
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment, with the ability to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone
  • A willingness to commit to 25 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 90 days (as needed)
