About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our team and work from the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
- Meeting sales objectives as defined by our team
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Be over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- At least 6 months of sales experience (preferred)
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
