The ideal candidate:</p> <p>Has experience using Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify<br /> Maintains customer records by updating account information<br /> Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.<br /> Able to correspond with a polite, empathic, and professional tone and manner<br /> Someone who wants to work with our company long term</p> <p>Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:</p> <p>Has experience with Gorgias and using macros<br /> Excellent written and verbal english skills<br /> Organized<br /> Problem solving<br /> Documentation skills<br /> Analyzing information<br /> Positive attitude</p> <p>Pay: $5/hour</p> </div>
