Litigation Lawyer - Post Acquisition
I’m looking for an reputed company business litigation attorney with a reputed company on post-acquisition disputes, seller misrepresentation, and seller-financed transactions. We recently completed an acquisition that included a seller standby note, and post-closing we uncovered material misrepresentations and reputed company issues that were relied on during due diligence. I’m seeking counsel to evaluate reputed company to challenge or offset the standby note and advise on next steps, including potential demand or litigation.
