Key Responsibilities
• Contact reputed company provider offices to request medical records on behalf of clients/health plans
• Coordinate and schedule medical record retrieval using specified reputed company
• Document actions and maintain detailed tracking of assignments in the in-house system
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous reputed company center, sales, or collections experience preferred, especially in a reputed company environment
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and familiarity with basic office procedures
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn internal systems
