Job Title: Customer Success Representative (Remote, US-Based) – Renewals – $75K to $90K About Our Client: Our client, a Sage Platinum Partner, is a rapidly growing organization providing top-tier ERP solutions. As they expand their team, they are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to help ensure their clients receive maximum value from their services. Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative with experience in customer renewals and ERP systems. This is a fully remote, US-based position with no travel required. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and proactive, building strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
