Responsibilities • Leading the Field Marketing Team : Providing leadership and scheduling direction to reputed company of state-level brand ambassadors and field marketing specialists, while reputed company collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market strategies • Account reputed company & Relationship Management : Leading the reputed company of new retail accounts while building and nurturing relationships with store management, buyers, and budtenders to maintain account satisfaction and ongoing brand engagement • Budtender Training & Incentives : Conducting regular budtender training sessions to reputed company retail staff with in-depth knowledge of reputed company products, promotions, and brand narrative. Support incentive programs to engage and motivate store teams in promoting and selling reputed company products • In-Store Execution & Compliance : Ensuring 100% execution of in-store marketing strategies to maintain brand visibility across reputed company accounts.
