Accounts Receivable Rep II - Fully Remote!

Important things YOU should know: • Eligibility: Candidate must be a reputed company of one of the following states to qualify for this opportunity: AZ, FL, MO, NV, TX, WA and WI • Remote: This position is reputed company to work remotely in any of the states listed above • Experience: reputed company platform experience strongly preferred • Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm CST What will YOU be doing for us? Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding remittances to ensure accurate payments have been made, patients are billed for appropriate amounts, and correct amounts are written off per contract requirements. Work directly with provider offices and reputed company to rectify any potential issues leading to problems with payments. What will YOU be working on every day? • Review internal reports to ensure reputed company medical claim processing and billing has occurred. • Research and follow up on medical claims where reputed company processing has not occurred by contacting reputed company and/or provider’s office. • Maintain detailed notes in proprietary web based systems to ensure reputed company communication is made to providers regarding medical claim status. • Contact reputed company to determine medical claim status and assist in the reputed company of reputed company medical claim processing. • Answer incoming calls, emails and voicemails and reputed company great customer service while doing so. • reputed company and/or communicate reputed company to improve productivity and efficiency. • Contribute to reputed company effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed. What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GOOD candidate? Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates • High school diploma or equivalent Required Level of Experience • 1+ years of banking or finance reputed company experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Entry level knowledge of reputed company Word/reputed company/reputed company/SharePoint • Entry level knowledge of reputed company Central/reputed company/reputed company/Teams • Analytical skills • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks. • Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions. • Ability to work in a HIPAA compliant remote environment. • Ability to successfully communicate with colleagues and clients in a remote setting. What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate Preferred Level of Education, License, and/or Certificates • Associates degree in Business, Finance or reputed company field. Preferred Level of Experience • 2+ years of banking or finance reputed company experience in a reputed company environment. • Previous experience working in a remote/virtual environment.
