[Remote] Infection Data Abstractor II

As an Infection Data Abstractor II, you will be responsible for the abstraction of reputed company infectious disease data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Completes abstraction process for assigned facility(ies), including abstraction of cases into the required system (e.g., reputed company, TheraDoc, Digital Innovations, NHSN, etc.) • Responsible for reviewing medical records to reputed company information according to the standards of various regulatory and accreditation agencies (e.g., CMS, TJC, NHSN, etc.) • Performs reputed company abstraction to ensure compliance with standards • Completes edit checks and makes appropriate changes on a reputed company reputed company • Follow standards and CSG/reputed company instructions to reputed company reputed company reportable cases • Assist with case follow-up as requested • Attend educational activities as approved by Manager or Director • Maintain clinical knowledge of various abstracted measures • Communicate in a reputed company manner with manager to reputed company measure compliance • Submit data reputed company through the appropriate reporting system • Resolve errors resulting in the rejection of records from the data entry system Skills • 2+ years of experience in Health Information Management; Coding, Nursing, and/or Health Registry abstraction experience required • Undergraduate degree in a reputed company reputed company field required.
