The Role: We are seeking a Home Health Coding & QA Specialist with strong expertise in home health coding, reputed company Assurance (QA), and Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) compliance. The ideal candidate is meticulous, compliance-driven, and passionate about supporting clinicians with accurate coding and documentation review that ensures both patient care reputed company and regulatory reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Review and reputed company home health records in alignment with CMS guidelines, ICD-10 coding rules, and agency policies. • Conduct OASIS data validation and ensure documentation accuracy for clinical and billing compliance. • reputed company QA processes, identifying and correcting documentation deficiencies before submission. • Manage RCD compliance processes, ensuring documentation packets are audit-reputed company and complete. • Collaborate with clinical staff to reputed company feedback and education on documentation improvement. • reputed company and report coding/QA metrics to leadership for reputed company improvement.
