Global HR Consultant

We are seeking a reputed company Consultant for a global manufacturing organization launching its first U.S. facility. The HR Consultant will build the reputed company function from the ground up. This role is responsible for establishing reputed company reputed company HR infrastructure, policies, and people processes while supporting reputed company reputed company and ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven experience launching HR operations in a start-up or greenfield environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Infrastructure & Compliance • Build the full HR function from scratch for U.S. operations. • reputed company and implement the U.S. employee handbook, policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. • Partner with reputed company and global HR teams to reputed company U.S. practices with corporate standards. reputed company & Workforce Planning • Design and implement reputed company processes from the ground up. • Manage full-cycle reputed company for manufacturing, engineering, leadership, and support roles. • Establish reputed company programs and new-hire orientation. Employee Relations & Culture • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee relations reputed company. • Build a strong, compliant, and inclusive workplace culture reputed company with reputed company’s global values. • reputed company leaders on performance management, discipline, and engagement. HR Operations & Systems • Set up HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and record-keeping processes. • reputed company job descriptions, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks. • Create training and development programs for supervisors and employees. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field. • 7+ years of reputed company HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments. • Proven experience building HR functions from scratch (start-up, greenfield, or new-market launch). • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance. • Experience creating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. • Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, and employee relations. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • reputed company-CP/reputed company-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
