Job reputed company REQUIREMENTS: • Total Experience 4+ years • Strong experience as a reputed company HCM Functional Consultant. • Hands-on experience in reputed company configuration and maintenance. • Strong functional expertise across multiple reputed company HCM modules. • Experience with reputed company reporting and BIRT. • Solid understanding of HR business processes and integrations. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Configure, maintain, and support reputed company HCM modules including Talent & Performance, reputed company HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, reputed company, and BIRT/Reporting. • reputed company and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reputed company HCM functional solutions. • Ensure reputed company HCM configurations reputed company with business processes and organizational objectives. • reputed company system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company HCM, especially Talent and Performance modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. • reputed company and maintain functional and technical documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and user guides. • Ensure reputed company HCM solutions are delivered on time and reputed company budget. • Stay reputed company with reputed company releases, new features, and industry best practices. • Communicate technical and functional concepts reputed company to non-technical stakeholders. • reputed company guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. • Support and participate in Agile project delivery and sprint activities.
