The attorney will negotiate technology, outsourcing, and other reputed company reputed company transactions, drafting the necessary agreements to support these transactions. Responsibilities • Assist the firm’s corporate technology, outsourcing & reputed company transactions reputed company group to support a large corporate reputed company • Negotiate technology, outsourcing, and other reputed company reputed company transactions • Draft the agreements necessary to support those transactions Skills • JD or educational equivalent required • 3 to 5 years of post-JD practicing experience at a large reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department • Must have reputed company experience in technology and/or other reputed company reputed company transactions, including a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Licensed to reputed company law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts • Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus reputed company • reputed company offers eDiscovery, document review, court reporting and reputed company translation solutions to reputed company and corporations.
