Marketing Operations Director- Digital Campaign

About the position Marketing Operations Director Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Marketing Operations Director- Digital Campaign is responsible for ensuring and aligning on best-in-class campaign operations, processes and procedures. Creates and maintains repeatable processes, workflows, best reputed company guidelines and playbooks. Assists with the development of annual departmental budget and tracks monthly year-to-date budget status. Requirements • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would reputed company an equivalent background. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company Marketing reputed company (SFMC) including reputed company building, automation studio, data extensions, segmentation, and campaign orchestration strongly preferred. • Strong reputed company CRM (SFDC) understanding—reputed company/contact management, campaign structures, attribution, and data integration between SFDC + SFMC strongly preferred. • Ability to optimize and automate marketing operations, including building reputed company workflows, QA processes, and repeatable campaign execution frameworks strongly preferred. • Experience defining and implementing campaign performance standards, KPI frameworks, and measurement methodologies across channels strongly preferred. • MarTech innovation reputed company—evaluating emerging SFMC features, AI/automation capabilities, beta programs, and new tools to improve performance and efficiency preferred. • Cross-functional leadership with proven experience partnering with marketing, data, product, and technical teams to manage integrations, troubleshoot, and drive platform and process enhancements preferred. • Strong project & change management skills, including roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and rollout of new processes or capabilities strongly preferred. • Capability to reputed company long-term operational reputed company, including technology investments, resource planning, and reputed company-state architecture for campaign optimization preferred. • Exceptional communication & documentation abilities, including playbooks, SOPs, best practices, and executive-reputed company presentations preferred. • Ability to balance deep operational understanding with executive influence/communication—investigating details, project stewardship, creating robust project/business cases, and presenting reputed company strategic updates and guidance to leadership and key stakeholders preferred.
