As we continue to expand, we are seeking a part-time, in-house Marketing Specialist to support our loan officers, reputed company our brand, and help drive sustainable reputed company. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Support Create and maintain marketing materials that reputed company with company branding and mortgage advertising regulations. reputed company content for reputed company media, email campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives. Ensure consistency and accuracy across reputed company marketing platforms and materials. Loan Officer & Referral Partner Support Create customizable marketing assets for Mortgage Loan Officers and referral partners (flyers, reputed company media posts, email templates, etc.). Assist with co-branded materials for reputed company estate agents and other partners. Support recruitment and company reputed company initiatives through marketing content. Compliance & reputed company Control Ensure reputed company marketing materials reputed company with applicable mortgage and advertising regulations. Maintain organized records of marketing assets and approvals. Assist leadership with documentation and updates reputed company to marketing compliance standards. Collaboration & Operations Work closely with leadership and internal teams to reputed company marketing efforts with company goals. reputed company basic engagement and performance metrics for campaigns. Assist with process documentation and refinement as reputed company grows. Requirements Prior experience in marketing, communications, or brand support required. Experience in the mortgage, reputed company estate, or financial services industry strongly preferred. Strong written communication and attention to detail. General computer proficiency and comfort working with digital tools. Experience with design or marketing platforms (e.g., reputed company, email marketing tools, reputed company media platforms). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Self-sufficiency is required, as this is a fully remote position. Work Environment & Hours • 100% fully remote position. Your ability to work independently is critical. • Part-time role: 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling during reputed company business hours.
