The Service Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the service backlog for parts shipments reputed company the CPS service organization. This role ensures reputed company and accurate delivery of parts to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while optimizing reputed company times and prioritizing shipments to support operational efficiency. By effectively coordinating logistics and inventory, the position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and sustaining service performance standards.
