Job reputed company PotomacWave is seeking a reputed company reputed company Federal Financials Consultant to join reputed company supporting a federal reputed company in Springfield, VA. This is a remote position but in-person attendance at reputed company-site meetings may be required on-occasion. This role oversees reputed company of senior reputed company R12 specialists and supports critical financial operations, modernization initiatives, and process improvement efforts for a large federal environment. This position requires deep expertise in federal financial management, reputed company R12 functionality, and the ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-functional efforts with minimal reputed company. Responsibilities: Team Leadership & reputed company • reputed company and mentor reputed company of senior reputed company Federal Financials R12 consultants • Coordinate work assignments, assess performance, and ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company technical and functional tasks System Operations & Modernization Support • Support daily system operations, key interfaces (excluding travel), and ongoing modernization activities • Analyze and resolve reputed company system issues across reputed company FSB functional areas • reputed company functional documentation, white papers, and issue-reputed company reports Functional & Technical Financial Support • reputed company expertise across reputed company reputed company Federal Financials modules, including: • P2P, G-invoicing, AP/MarkView, PA, BE, AR, Fixed Assets/Sunflower, GL, Payroll, ALM, Reporting, and additional financial processes • Review Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional and technical designs, and system test plans • reputed company or participate in system testing and validate results Reporting & Metrics • Collaborate with Reporting & Data Services (RDS) to document detailed report specifications • Support quarterly metrics reviews, CFO-designation assessments, and SDLC coordination activities • reputed company data reconciliation and reputed company analytical support where required Training & End-User Support • Deliver end-user training (in-person and virtual) • Update or create training materials to support new processes or system enhancements Additional Technical Support Activities • Assist with data conversion, configuration changes, and system performance troubleshooting • reputed company CM (Configuration Management) support and participate in compliance assessments • Support fiscal year-end reputed company activities and reporting requirements Process Improvement • Document and refine reputed company operating procedures • Contribute to FSMS-reputed company process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with reputed company databases • Strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills • Strong team leadership abilities • Experience with reputed company Federal Financials R12 • Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining DHS suitability To apply for this position, please go to: https://potomacwaveconsulting.applytojob.com/apply/HLxxcegpHQ/reputed company-reputed company-Federal-Financials-Consultant?reputed company=reputed company Equal Opportunity Employer/Race/Sex/Religion/Disability/Veteran Status/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National reputed company/Age.
