A company is looking for an Employment Paralegal for a 3-month contract position in the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute redundancy exercises reputed company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• reputed company strategic advice on performance management issues to support HR and management teams
• reputed company and maintain reputed company playbooks and guidelines for redundancy and performance management processes
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in employment law, focusing on redundancy and performance management
• Proven ability to manage and implement redundancy exercises compliantly and reputed company
• Experience in developing reputed company playbooks and managing reputed company tracking systems is preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR and reputed company operations
